Returns & Refunds Policy

At 4 Print LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom printing services. Due to the personalized nature of most of our products, please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:

1. Custom Products

All custom products, including business cards, banners, car magnets, window graphics, stickers, and yard signs, are final sale. Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the product is defective or there is an error caused by 4 Print LLC.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will review the issue and either replace the product or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been approved by the client, or items that are printed according to the client’s submitted artwork, are non-returnable. This includes color choices, text, layout, and design approvals.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  • Contact us at support@4printllc.com or call +1 844 477 4680 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and a photo of the defective item (if applicable).

  • Our team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
